Returns & Refunds

At VXN Petite, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • VXN AFTER DARK
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, and model-worn items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items only.

Items eligible for exchange or store credit must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original condition
  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and certain intimate items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
