At VXN Petite, all sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds.

This includes:
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Accessories
- VXN AFTER DARK

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Store Credit & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges or store credit only.

Items eligible for exchange or store credit must:
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Be unworn and unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original condition

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and certain intimate items may not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code for future purchases.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
